I wish I could predict the next big trend myself, but I rely on magazines and of course feedback from all of you. Our Big Plans for the new year are of course to keep expanding our product lines, watch the competition and improve the website.

Electronic gadgets are the hottest accessories for consumers of all ages. I must get twenty emails a month from clients asking how to add rhinestones to a cell phone. Cell phones are not the only items that you can embellish today. MPS Players, iPods and the U.S.B. flash drive are everywhere.

Customers are hooked on their gadgets and are adding touches to make them more fashionable, hip, trendy and personal. The younger crowd is especially more interested in getting the right computer, cell phone color and high speed Internet connection than they are in spending money on clothes. In 2004 back to school shoppers spent 50 percent of their budget on clothes this is down from 70 percent three years ago. In the same time period spending doubled on electronic gadgets.

Swarovski Business This website is devoted to Swarovski Crystals, it has the latest colors and design ideas. Very Cool - Lots of graphics.

Personalization. Everybody wants his or her initials on everything. I am sure you have seen this on everything from purses and belts to charm bracelets. What was seen first as a fad has now become a full- blown trend with most major retailers getting into the act. The biggest thing in our business is to allow the consumers to pick their own beads and charms to create unique jewelry. Can anybody say Beading Party?

	Swarovski Prices
I have had to make changes to our Swarovski prices, effective December 6, 2004. September through November the value of the US dollar declined roughly 5% relative to the Euro dollar. On December first we saw an added increase of 5% as the US dollar continues to decline. To offset this increase I have been looking at all of the costs surrounding our Swarovski product lines, an will be adjusting prices, most prices will go up, but I have found in a few cases that prices will actually go down. I will try to stay competitive, but I have to make my mortgage payments. I apologize for this, but it is beyond my control.
