After all of the hurricanes we've had here in
central Florida we no longer panic, they have
just become a big nuisance. I mean how many
times can you get ice, or put out sandbags.
Sure we got a lot of rain and wind, but in the
end it is just boring setting at home watching
the weather channel, wondering how long before
the lights go out.
I finally got around to added new products on
the website, trying to start gearing up for
Christmas. I just hope that I can put up some
gutters before the next storm.

We have a new line of Sterling Silver and
Vermeil findings in beautiful Art Deco-inspired
motifs. These are perfect for the long shoulder
duster earrings, and make a nice focal point
for a necklace, charm holders or a mini pendant.
Many department stores and bridge jewelry buyers
have said that sales of earrings in 2004 were as
much as 60 percent of their total jewelry sales.
According to an interview in Accessories
Magazine many expect that the sales of
earrings will increase.

Sterling Silver Greek Alphabet Beads.
We've finally started getting enough breaks
on our silver to lower the prices on most of our
Alphabet beads. The quality is better so we can
still hand select the beads without as much
waste. I'm not actually losing money on these.
In 2002 I threw away $7,000 worth of alphabet
beads. We sold over 40,000 of these beads last
year so we discarded almost 20% of them. This is
a reject rate higher than any other bead we
sale. I had a contest for people to guess how
many that was
